About the project
The YJ Project is a project that brings together talented creators from the furry fandom, aimed at popularizing the subculture by creating a unique universe. Yoki J is the main character of this project, the book The Dance of Nine Flames and the game Nine Lives of Yoki.About the game
After moving to Frostpaw, Yoki decides to explore the distant islands of Tail Valley to restore the balance between good and evil.
In her travels, the white fox encounters various creatures, passes tests, and becomes stronger.
Gameplay
Black lilies are scattered across each island (level). After collecting the minimum number of flowers, Yoki must find a totem and make an offering in order to return home or continue her journey.
The more flowers Yoki offers to the totem, the more “bonuses” she will receive, which are necessary for her development.
What's already done
Right now, our game is in the phase of creating the initial mechanics: the game character and almost all of its abilities, the first hostile mobs, textures, animations, some of the music, UI, and so on. This phase of development is the most difficult, as this is where the foundation of the game is laid.
